Program Terms & Placement Policy
Plain-language terms explaining eligibility, participation, candidate responsibilities and what placement support means.
Important
No participant is promised automatic employment. Hiring depends on the candidate, the role, employer decisions and available opportunities.
1. Purpose and scope
The Placement Guarantee Program provides structured career-readiness training and placement assistance. The term “guarantee” describes Vizztal Technology’s conditional commitment to provide eligible participants with the program support explained here. It does not mean an automatic job offer, employment contract, fixed salary, or selection by every employer.
2. Eligibility
Admission may depend on education, profile, career goals, location, role suitability, availability and an initial assessment. Vizztal Technology may accept, defer or decline an application when the program is not a suitable fit.
3. Participation and completion
Participants must attend required sessions, complete assignments and assessments, follow schedules, communicate professionally and meet any stated completion criteria. Missed or incomplete requirements may affect eligibility for placement support.
4. Resume and candidate profile
Candidates must provide complete and truthful information and maintain an accurate resume and profile. False, misleading or materially incomplete information may end program or placement-support eligibility.
5. Interview participation
Candidates must respond to relevant opportunities, attend confirmed interviews, prepare as advised and communicate promptly about availability. Repeated absence, withdrawal without notice or unreasonable refusal of suitable opportunities may affect eligibility.
6. Matching and assistance
Opportunity matching considers skills, readiness, qualifications, employer requirements, location, availability and role fit. Assistance may include opportunity sharing, application coordination, interview preparation and post-interview guidance. Employers make all hiring decisions independently.
7. Candidate responsibilities
Candidates remain responsible for their learning effort, punctuality, conduct, documents, interview performance, career decisions and compliance with employer requirements. Participation does not create an employer–employee relationship with Vizztal Technology.
8. Geography and work arrangements
Opportunities may be limited by the locations, remote-work policies and relocation requirements available at the time. Candidates should disclose geographic constraints before matching begins.
9. Employment types and terms
Opportunities may include full-time, part-time, internship, apprenticeship, trainee, contract or other lawful arrangements. Role, employer, compensation, probation, benefits and working terms vary and must be reviewed by the candidate before acceptance.
10. Validity period
The applicable support period, start date, pause conditions and completion deadline will be stated in the candidate’s enrolment or program communication. Support outside that period is not automatic and may require written approval.
11. Limits of the guarantee
The guarantee is satisfied through delivery of the agreed training and eligible placement-support process. It cannot override employer decisions, labour-market conditions, candidate performance, background checks, document verification or a candidate’s choice to accept an offer.
12. Changes and communication
Program schedules, learning activities and opportunity processes may change when reasonably required. Material terms applicable to an enrolled participant should be communicated clearly. Candidates may contact Vizztal Technology before enrolment if any term is unclear.
